Get to know each other
Our aim is to become your preferred supplier and your first choice for Reward consultancy and we’ll go the extra mile to achieve that.
From the outset you can expect honest and open dialogue. The team you meet are the team who will lead and work on your project, we’re accountable to you.
Our preference, where possible, is to meet you, whether that’s face to face or by WebEx to talk through your challenges and take the time to understand your business and how you work; it helps us shape our proposal and tailor our solutions to your specific requirements.
After our first meeting you can expect to have a clear understanding of our approach and in-house capabilities, be confident we have a firm grasp of your business requirements and know the next steps we would recommend taking.
Once we have assessed your needs and established a clear understanding of the project requirement, we pull together a dedicated proposal. We will always:
- provide a scope of work
- outline our approach to delivery, where appropriate highlighting phases of work
- explain what the successful project delivery will look like
- provide clear and transparent pricing
Our written proposals can be sent to you or presented back in a further meeting, whichever you prefer. We always welcome follow-up meetings and are happy to engage with stakeholders across the business as required.
Project set up and kick-off
Once you have indicated you would like to work with us our support team will send you the T’s and C’s and our data processing agreement. When a signed copy is returned, we’re ready to commence the project with a kick-off meeting.
During our kick-off meeting we will talk you through the Project Gateways. We use project gateways to divide the project into distinct phases, highlighting any areas where we may need your input e.g. obtaining data, scheduling of workshops etc. Using gateways allow us to ensure your project runs on time and to brief and that at any point in time you’ll have the reassurance of knowing where we are in the delivery process.
Your project leads and the supporting team, will be on hand throughout to ensure we achieve the pre-agreed key deliverables. This doesn’t mean we can’t be flexible, projects evolve and we’re nimble and agile enough to embrace that. Ultimately, we’re here to support you and deliver.
Our aim is simple, to become an extension to your team and your go to for pay and reward consultancy.
