INNECTO DIGITAL – TRANSFORM: WORKFORCE PLANNING TOOL FURLOUGH EDITION (FE)

  • The Workforce Planning Tool FE is provided by Innecto People Consulting Ltd, (trading as 'Innecto Reward Consulting') ('Us', 'We', 'Our', 'Innecto').  Users must be authorised by Us to use the tool.
  • The Workforce Planning Tool FE has been provided based on our knowledge and understanding of business requirements generally and is not developed for any particular company, business or organisation.  We cannot provide any warranty or give any assurance that our knowledge or understanding will suit your business.
  • Use of the planner is intended to support your usual processes and (as it is not developed for a particular business) is not intended to be relied on as the basis on which you make any decision.  We cannot be responsible to you or any other party for decisions made in which the planner was used.
  • The Workforce Planning Tool FE software does use Excel software and you will need a licence for this to use the tool.  Subject to the use of Excel the Workforce Planning Tool FE is proprietary to Innecto and we reserve all of our rights in relation to its use.  We grant a non-exclusive right to use Our intellectual property in the Workforce Planning Tool FE on the basis set out in these terms of use and We may in the future remove your authority to use the tool (or require its use is under an agreement with Us).
  • You agree:
    • (to the extent permissible by law) We are not liable for your use of the tool or any liability which arises from it;
    • To notify us in the event that you become aware of any breach of Our intellectual property rights;
    • To protect our intellectual property rights in the tool and not allow use other than by your employees solely for the purposes of your business;
    • To notify Us in the event that you experience any issues or problems with the tool;
    • To use the tool on the basis for which it was intended;
    • To treat the Workforce Planning Tool FE and its operation as confidential information and protect it in the same way you would protect other sensitive confidential information.
  • The Workforce Planning Tool FE is intended to work as described but this cannot be guaranteed and may contain bugs.
  • We may remove your licence to use the Workforce Planning Tool FE on the provision of 14 days notice or at any time without notice in the event We reasonably believe that you are in breach of these terms of use or are using the tool in a manner which is contrary to Our interests and/or rights.
  • These terms of use are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
