EVALUATE

Evaluate is a robust, intuitive system designed to establish your job architecture. Based on Work Level theory, it ensures fair and consistent treatment of employees while supporting future organisational design. Using pre-set factors, Evaluate determines the relative value of roles and assigns them to clear levels, enabling quick implementation and offering role clarity to your team.

OFF-THE-SHELF FRAMEWORK

Our off-the-shelf framework offers a simple, cost-effective way to size roles and establish hierarchy while maintaining an analytical approach. It has 6 levels and 4 factors, and roles are slotted based on level requirements. There are no ongoing costs, but internal systems are needed to manage outcomes and ensure consistency, and while effective now, it may not suit a growing business in the future.

BESPOKE FRAMEWORK

If a bespoke job evaluation framework is more suitable, we will collaborate to understand your business’s unique structure and develop a framework with the right factors and levels. We can also assist in evaluating roles within this framework. This option has no ongoing maintenance costs but requires more time and resources to develop, and internal systems are needed to monitor job evaluation outcomes and ensure consistency across the organisation.

Case Study: Norfolk Care Association

NorCA sought to create a local Adult Social Care Worker Job Evaluation Framework to promote parity of esteem for equivalent roles across all frontline social care jobs including those working for the local authority and the NHS. The Framework recognises and articulates the skills, experience, knowledge, responsibility and working conditions in different roles across the health and care system. Alongside this piece of work, NorCA wanted to undertake some research into basic pay so that providers using the Framework could make look at how their pay policies.
