Andrew Walker

Andrew holds a BSc in Modern Languages & Applied Linguistics from Aston University after which he completed his graduate training with the Sony Corporation. Andrew has spent the bulk of his career in professional consulting businesses across Reward, HR, Employment Law and H&S where he has specialised in creating executable strategies to deliver revenue growth and drive retention.

Having worked for both ‘boutique’ and blue-chip organisations he has a very broad-based background on which to draw. Immediately before joining Innecto Andrew worked for Epoq, a market leader in self-service legal document automation (SaaS) where he led a small team of highly specialised sales, marketing and business development professionals. 

Previously Andrew has worked as Business Development Director for global information and compliance services provider Wolters Kluwer, and as Consulting and Commercial Director for Reward Group.
