Senior Consultant

Ben joined Innecto in mid-2015 as part of our analyst team, and has grown into his current role as Senior Consultant. He works directly with major clients such as Royal Society of Chemistry, British Medical Association, Waterstones, Lebara, and Secret Escapes across a broad range of reward disciplines. 

Ben runs the production of Innecto's bespoke club survey for UK Sporting Bodies, and our Lawyers in Private Practice Survey. His analytical background underpins his rigorous and creative approach, especially when producing tools and models to help clients with the ongoing delivery of their reward structures. Ben was instrumental in developing Advance, the pay review module of Innecto Digital. 

He specialises in the creation of pay structures and bonus schemes which reflect individual clients' organisational DNA and serve long-term business aims. Ben also has experience in conducting executive pay benchmarking for a number of listed companies - both in the UK and large multinationals. 

Coming from a legal background, Ben holds an LLB in Law. He brings a passion for investigation, data analysis, and client satisfaction to all his projects.
