Genni joined Innecto in January 2023 as a Reward Analyst and has since progressed to Associate Consultant, having previously worked as a Reward and People Analytics Advisor in the People Team of Innecto’s parent company, Personal Group. With her generalist HR knowledge, Genni is passionate about helping organisations use data to make more informed decisions about their workforce and business practices.
Since joining Innecto, Genni has worked on various projects in delivering pay and benefits benchmarking, job evaluation, gender and ethnicity pay, and discovery analytics. Recent clients she has worked with include Surrey Cricket Club, Arriva TrainCare, MS Society, Saga PLC, and the Royal Opera House.
Genni has a BA (Hons) in English Literature from Oxford Brookes University and is CIPD level 5 qualified in Human Resource Management.
