James returned to Innecto in January 2018 as a Senior Reward Consultant, having previously worked within the Analyst team. His current clients include CMS Law, Innocent Drinks, UK Athletics, Aston University and MIND.
He has over a decade of experience in human resources, eight specialising in reward, and has worked for a number of large corporates across different industries, including Cable & Wireless, UnitedHealth Group, Capita, and Willis Towers Watson.
With an analytical background James is well-practised in delivering salary benchmarking, pay structure design and pay review projects. He has a real passion for using reward for driving and aligning performance and engagement, both at an individual and company-wide level.
James holds the World at Work Global Remuneration Professional certification, has a BSc in Psychology from Southampton University and is an Associate of the CIPD.
