About Mark
Since joining Innecto in January 2017, Mark has supported Innecto's Client Directors in delivering pay benchmarking, job evaluation and gender pay analysis. He also runs our bespoke salary survey for rugby match officials, managing contributions from several national rugby unions globally.
Mark has a strong background in managing data, previously working in data analysis roles within the retail and wholesale services sector. Mark holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth.
