Client Director

Rob joined Innecto recently as a Client Director and Principle Consultant. He has over 30 years' experience of working in Reward, having started his career in-house as a Reward Graduate at Royal Mail Group; before moving into Senior Executive Reward positions. He has multisector experience and has operated both across the UK and Internationally; and more recently as a freelance Reward Consultant delivering high impact transformational change programmes for clients.  ​

Operating across the full spectrum of Reward, as a functional lead SME to Board Advisory, on large scale transformation programmes, defining Total Reward/EVP strategies, through to designing incentive plans, pay and grading frameworks, pension and benefits arrangements. He has held senior positions at PPR Group, Molson Coors, HSBC and CPP Group, but also consulted into Northern Rock, Brakes Group, Salford University, Riverside Housing Group and Lumanity. Most recently he supported Saga Group in developing their reward strategy, developing a new pay and grading framework, implementation of new valuable pensions and benefits arrangements and  new provisions in support of their ESG strategy.​

Rob has significant project management experience and is an accredited PRINCE 2 ® Agile and Six Sigma Practitioner. He has a degree in Business Management.​
