Her extensive international Reward knowledge, coupled with her proven skills in programme management, business analysis, and client relationship management, ensures clients receive tailored, effective solutions. 

Prior to Innecto, Sarah held key roles in prominent organisations across the energy, financial services, and telecommunications sectors, including Nationwide Building Society, EDF, Jardine Lloyd Thompson, and Cable & Wireless.
