About Sarah

One of Sarah's particular strengths is building strong relationships with her clients, many of whom have worked with Sarah and Innecto for several years. Recent clients include Buzz Bingo, Bristol Airport, GoCompare, RPMI, Grosvenor Estate, Headlam and the Francis Crick Institute. 

Sarah also specialises in running our bespoke salary surveys for luxury London casinos and rugby match officials. She is the Data Protection lead for the Analyst team, and helps to co-ordinate Innecto's policies and practices in light of the GDPR. 

Sarah has a strong analytical background in scenario modelling and contingency planning, having previously worked in a number of global supply planning and project management roles at Infineum. She is highly experienced in data analysis and interpretation and uses her problem solving skills to help clients find the best solutions for their pay and reward issues.
