His project types cover a range of Innecto services, such as bonus modelling, pay and benefits benchmarking, exec benchmarking, discovery analytics, pay structure modelling, and gender pay.
Spencer has a BSc in Geography and Geo-Informatics from Swansea University. He has a passion for understanding and interpreting data, particularly in real-world contexts.
