As we come to the end of the year it's a time to reflect on what has been - so we'd like to say a huge thank you to all our clients, partners and everyone we have had the pleasure of working with in 2014.

- Hosted two seminars - Global Talent & Reward and 'Reaching the Final Rung,' our seminar for senior women executives
- Run specialist salary surveys for sporting bodies and for broadcasters
- New pay structure with job evaluation and benchmarking to align two recently merged organisations
