Brightmine & Innecto: How will this exciting new partnership benefit clients?

This week heralds the start of an exciting new partnership in Pay and Reward between Brightmine (formerly XpertHR) and Innecto Reward Consulting. Brightmine is a leading global provider of people data and analytics. By combining their extensive contributory database with Innecto’s expert HR knowledge, this collaboration will further enhance the way organisations can use their product portfolio spanning data, analytics and insights to reduce HR risk and increase HR impact.

We spoke with Brightmine’s Data Operations Manager, Jennie Jakubowski, and Innecto’s Director of Consulting, Justine Woolf, about the new partnership and how it will benefit both companies’ clients.

Question: Jennie, tell us about Brightmine

Jennie: Brightmine has a broad cross section of large and small clients in the UK spanning multiple sectors. They use our intuitive and dynamic tools to benchmark their rates of pay against the external market data, and design and optimise their own pay structures and frameworks. Clients can leverage our comprehensive database of market pay benchmarks to determine market rates for any role, and our groundbreaking pay gap solution enables them to both report on and understand their pay gaps in gender, ethnicity and disability.

Question: How did the partnership come about, and how can it benefit both companies’ clients?

Jennie: Innecto is a trusted reward consultancy we’ve worked with for several years and we chose to partner with them because we feel their services align well with our products. Innecto‘s consultative approach delivers tangible benefits such as cost savings, efficiency, and growth, which complements our own goals and mission. Together, we offer a fully integrated HR support package, enhancing how clients interpret and act on the insights provided by our compensation planning solutions.

Justine: From an Innecto perspective, it’s a natural fit for our consultancy team to use our skills and expertise in reward to support Brightmine customers, many of whom are also Innecto clients. We’ve used Brightmine products for several years so the team is familiar with the data and functionality, so our consultancy support can help clients better interpret data insights, manage the implementation of reward structures and be on the front foot for any new advances in features and technology.

Jennie: Essentially, by working together, we can provide our users with an unsurpassed service. We offer our market-leading HR data products on a largely self-service basis and Innecto offers trusted HR consultancy based on their expertise in HR and reward. By combining the two, we can offer an unrivalled package of data solutions and consultancy services.

Question: Will Innecto still work with other data suppliers?

Justine: Absolutely. We remain committed to maintaining an independent market view, ensuring all our clients can choose the best data sources that reflect their talent base and market.

Question: What other collaborations can both companies’ clients expect to see?

Justine: We’ve already started working together in a number of different ways. Last year we hosted a joint webinar and podcast around generating a better return on investment from our benefits spend and in January this year Brightmine’s Senior Content Manager Sheila Attwood joined us at our Pay Trends event to share Brightmine’s latest data insights on pay forecasts for the year ahead. We’ve also recorded some new podcasts to be aired shortly with more collaborations planned in the coming months, so watch this space!
