On Wednesday 29th April, I was joined by Valerie Hughes-D'aeth for the first of our Spring Webinar series: Building Trust Through Transparency.
Valerie, who led the BBC HR team through the fallout experienced from the initial publication of salaries of the highest earners and the equal pay claims that followed, joined us to share some of her experiences, particularly around changing the focus to rebuild trust around pay and how we can use this learning now as we not only deal with an active crisis but what we need to consider as we emerge out the other side.
