Good executive pay information, that is appropriate to your company size and sector is hard to find. At Innecto Reward Consulting, we have identified that medium sized organisations are missing out on crucial pay and benefits market information that can help you both attract and retain talented Senior Executives.
In our experience as specialist reward consultants, clients often tell us that executive pay surveys currently available are often too expensive or are more focused on larger organisations. We are therefore looking to develop a brand new executive remuneration survey focusing specifically on organisations with c£25M to c£100M turnover.
How would it work?
We will be capturing information on a handful of executive level roles, such as CEO, Finance Director, Operations Director, Sales Director etc. We will then analyse the results and produce a detailed report showing how each key role compares to the market in terms of pay and benefits, as well as general executive level pay trends.
All data will be handled confidentially and reported anonymously.
What happens now?

When will the survey go ahead?
If we receive enough interest from our research, we are hoping to run the survey in early 2013, with the results available around April time. The survey will initially only be available to participants and it is likely that it will cost around £200 for the 1st year of participation.
