Introducing Reward on Demand

The success of a new business initiative or project is quite often reliant on what happens after its launch, once the consultants, extra resource and support has gone.  That’s why Innecto has launched Reward on Demand.

Reward on Demand gives you an ongoing relationship with your senior consultant and access to our specialist reward analyst team.  Whether it’s a one off piece of advice, or to talk through a new challenge, or simply benchmark a role, you have the help when you need it. Our Reward on Demand library gives you access to a complete library of information and support.  Each guide has been created by an expert in their field, so they provide you with the latest thinking and best practice to help you handle a project or activity in the best way, and save you time.

How does it work?

We have designed Reward on Demand as a bespoke service so, we don’t have service levels or fixed price options.  You simply buy the number of credits you need, when you need more, you buy more.  You can then use your credits to buy time with your senior consultant or analyst, depending on what you need.  So that you always know how many credits you’ve used, and how many you have left, we send you a monthly statement – simple.  On top of that, to make it easy for you to stay up to date with the latest industry information we send you a monthly fact sheet with your statement.
