The Norfork Care Association partnered with Innecto to develop a Care Worker Framework linked to pay. The project aimed to highlight the wealth of skills within the sector, how these fit into job roles and titles, and the current pay ranges for these skills and roles.
The intention of this project was not a reform piece of work or cost of care exercise, but to reflect on the local area, with the framework designed to support the development of robust career pathways within the health and social care sector, taking into account experience, qualifications, level of individual responsibility, and complexity of service delivery.
Within this recent virtual presentation, Lisa detailed how those within the Norfolk Care Association could apply good practice for using the care worker framework, and how they could actually go about starting to use it.
The project has been incredibly well received by the Norfolk Care Association, and could potentially pave the way for Innecto to have further influence within the sector.
Well done to all involved in the project, and well done Lisa on an excellent presentation!
