ABOUT PAULA
Paula Constant is an accomplished business leader and joins AIM-listed Personal Group plc as CEO from September 1st 2023. With a career spanning over 20 years in the fields of telecoms, banking, and outsourcing, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role. Her executive journey includes notable positions at renowned companies such as National Australia Bank, Mitie, BT, Vodafone, Accenture and most recently, Woven.
Paula’s proven track record of delivering outstanding results in both B2C and B2B organisations, can be attributed to the implementation of strategic visions and showcasing resilient operational leadership.
Before joining Personal Group, Paula served as the CEO of Woven Solutions Group Limited, where she demonstrated her remarkable ability to drive growth and enhance customer service, achieving a 70% increase in profits within just 18 months. This accomplishment was made possible through the implementation of innovative technology and the development of an inspiring and collaborative "people program."
Paula believes in fostering an environment that values continuous improvement and high standards. Her achievements have earned her recognition and accolades throughout her career since achieving a BA in music and management studies from the University of Cambridge. In 2016, she was honored with a Leader Award from FDM Everywoman in Technology, showcasing her leadership and influence in the industry.
Her success can be attributed, in part, to her determined nature, which stems from her working-class upbringing. She attributes her unwavering self-belief and dedication to her mother, a single-parent nurse who sacrificed her dream of becoming a doctor to raise her two daughters. This upbringing instilled in Paula a sense of service and selflessness.
Paula is committed to maintaining a personalised level of attention and customer innovation for both clients and the workforce. She believes that leadership in the workplace and community is essential, a principle she strives to exemplify as a parent to her two young sons. With her strength, determination and genuine personality, she is a valuable asset to Personal Group, as she leads the company towards continued success and growth.
