With Christmas and New Year fast approaching, we’d like to say thank you to all our clients, colleagues and everyone else we have had the pleasure of working with in 2017. Here are 12 highlights from a great year at Innecto.

On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me…

12 former clients – We were delighted that lots of former clients chose to work with us again on new projects. It’s testament to Innecto’s quality of service and the strong relationships clients build with individual Client Directors.

11 Gender Pay projects - We worked on Gender Pay across all sectors, including some high-profile and truly unique organisations. The analysis has been fascinating!

10 years for Justine - In March Justine celebrated her ten-year work anniversary at Innecto, and is looking forward to many more.

9 Job Evaluation schemes – Part of our bread and butter is building a solid foundation for reward through evaluation and benchmarking. As usual, it’s been a busy year for these types of projects.

8 Exec Pay projects – A really interesting mix of clients this year, from public sector to financial services.

7 fantastic events - This year Innecto hosted the Pay Trends Roadshow 2017, as well as lunches at the Gherkin discussing how to use gender pay reporting to drive your reward and talent strategy. We presented at REBA conferences twice, and enjoyed attending events for the legal sector as pay experts. 

6 new colleagues – We welcomed Mark, Roy and James to the Analyst team, Ella and Jon to Sales and Marketing, and Lissa joined us as a Client Director.

5 (th) edition – We’ve started work on the fifth edition of Making Sport Happen: Pay & Conditions in the Sporting Sector survey.

4 reward strategy overhauls – Big projects, lots of moving parts; but great to see it all come together for the client.  

3 toilets twinned – Instead of Secret Santa, we’ve twinned the office toilets with three others in Democratic Republic of Congo. A loo-vely idea!

2 digital products – This year saw the full launch of our innovative Innecto Digital platform, and our HR software tools, PayLab and Evaluate.

1 amazing year - 2017 has been our busiest and best year to date. We look forward to continuing our progress in the New Year!
